Your opportunity
The incumbent will be in responsible for developing the PLC and HMI program for the conveyors for complete and partial lines. In addition, the preparation of DOO (description of operation of the lines), as well as supporting in positioning the sensors as per the requirements and governing guidelines.
Your Mission
- PLC software programming for complete and partial lines.
- HMI development and software programming for complete and partial lines.
- Support electrical design team in positioning and selection of sensor modules necessary for the correct line function and software configuration.
- Support Field engineering teams on site related to PLC programming issues resolution.
- Preparation of the description of operation (DOO) for
the conveyors and production lines.
Your Profile
- Technical Competences in beverage lines layouts or comparable industrial systems.
- Knowledge of primary and secondary packaging conveyors , or conveying functions.
- 2 years or above experience in programming PLCs and HMI.
- PLC programming: Siemens S7-300, S7-1500, (Rockwell/ABB/Mitsubishi is a plus)
- HMI Programming: Siemens WinCC, Simenes TIA portal (Rockwell factory talk view or Zenon is a plus)
- Knowledge of communication protocols (ProfiNet, Profibus, Fieldbus etc)
- Good/Fluent English language is mandatory. French/Italian is a plus
- Bachelors degree or above
in Electrical/Automation Engineering
